I don't feel like I'm being tricked, taken advantage of or looked at like an idiot because I don't know every thing about how cars work. "I just (obviously) had another awesome experience with these guys! This time I brought my Jeep in for an inspection and an oil change and made plans to have a new radiator put in the following week. The owner, Frank, always gives honest answers, good advice and gets me the best price possible. He's seriously the nicest guy in the city. So a few days before I was going to bring it in, my Jeep wouldn't start. AAA said it wasn't the battery (of course it's not!) so I had them tow it to Pat's. Luke called me to tell me what was wrong and he said he'd put the radiator in at the same time so I wouldn't have to come back later in the week. He's super nice too, so if Frank's not around no worries! They got my Jeep done fast, and even found out the ignition part that they needed was cheaper than the one they originally thought. Like I said, they always give me a great price and I never question for a second whether or not they're being honest with me. Did I mention that I had to get a rental and Frank even called to let Enterprise know I was coming? No?! Well he did. I'll never take my Jeep anywhere else. Thanks, guys!!"

"Let me start by saying these guys are awesome.... As a Worcester resident, I constantly deal with horrible roads and construction in the city. Traveling back into the city via 290 today I was subject to an object flying into my lane. I made it to Med City and realized my tire was was now flat. Yay. Got my dad into his appointment. Jumped on yelp and found Pat's was the closest to me. Called and spoke with Frank (this guy is the nicest man you'll ever meet!!!) he says no problem I can take care of you and pick you guys up later at the hospital. Called AAA and got my tow set up. AAA arrived and took my car to them. Luke was able to get a tire for my car and get the job done before the appointments were over. Then sure enough Frank came and picked up my father and I after all the appointments. He even drove right up to my car to save my pops from walking far (he just had knee surgery the other day). Both of these guys were helpful and truly the nicest guys. Completely took my stress away today! If you live in the Worcester area check these guys out. They have a good size shop. No young punks. All seasoned tech's. Thank you Frank & Luke. You were my knights today!"
